AMD 970/990X/990FX Socket AM3+ Motherboards

Socket AM3+ supports both AM3 and AM3+ CPUs. These motherboards use AMD's 900 chipset series, its most recent, powerful and feature-rich, and are designed for FX-series processors. More affordable boards have fewer expansion slots and less features, while higher-end products introduce USB 3.0, increased multi-GPU support and advanced overclocking features. Make sure you update your BIOS, as newer FX-series processors may not work until you do.

AMD A320 Socket AM4 MicroATX Motherboards

Mini PCs are growing in popularity, and it's easy to see why. These barebones units include a case, motherboard and processor inside enclosures that aren't much bigger than a few stacked DVD cases. They've got enough power for daily computing, but remember that you still need to buy memory, storage and an operating system.

Intel B360 Socket 1151 ATX Motherboards

The Intel B360 chipset is the next step-down from the H370 chipset for Intel 8th generation Core processors, codename Coffee Lake. Like the H370 chipset, B360 does not support overclocking & usually only supports a single graphics card (although some of these motherboards may support 2x AMD Radeon Graphics Card in CrossFire - Check Specs. for details). Intel H110 Socket 1151 ATX Motherboards

The Intel H110 chipset is the entry-level model for LG1151 Intel Core CPUs based on the Skylake architecture. Like the H170 chipset, the H110 only supports a single graphics card and does not support overclocking or RAID. However it does still support UBSB 3, and with its low cost allows you to build a Skylake PC on a tight budget. 28/09/15

Please note: In order to use a 7th Generation 'Kaby Lake' Intel CPU with these Motherboards, you will need to ensure you are running the latest BIOS version before installing the CPU.

Intel H310 Socket 1151 MicroATX Motherboards

The Intel H310 chipset is the entry-level model for Intel 8th generation Core processors, codename Coffee Lake. Being the most affordable & basic of all the Intel 300 Series chipsets, these motherboards only support a single Graphics card, and do not support RAID, Intel Optane Memory, 10Gbps USB 3.1 Gen2, or overclocking. The extra PCIe lanes provided by the chipset are limited to PCI2 Gen2, however H310 still supports the now ubiquitous 5Gbps USB 3.1 Gen1 (formerly known as USB 3.0) & enables users to build a system around the new Intel Coffee Lake CPUs on a shoe-string budget, retaining the core functionality required for home or office PCs. These particular boards are smaller micro-ATX designs with middling expandability.
