How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item then submit a query with our returns department. They will respond via email with return instructions and assign you an RMA reference number.
Please do not post anything back without an RMA number as this may delay processing your return.
**Due to an increase in volumes, we are experiencing delays in responding and processing your returns. We will aim to respond to queries within 48 hours and aim to process returns within 72 hours .
What is the returns policy for Black Friday Sale?
Our extended returns policy is in place from 15th November 2021. Any product bought from Scan after this date and unopened can be returned to us for a refund up until 7th January 2022. If you have opened your product then you will need to contact our customer services team to discuss which options are available.
