Thermal Pads

PC components produce a lot of waste heat, and without sufficient cooling will overheat, shutting down or damaging your system. It’s critical therefore to choose an appropriate cooler.

The last thing to bear in mind when choosing a cooler is Thermal Interface Material (TIM). TIM helps conduct heat out of the CPU, GPU or RAM into the cooler by smoothing out imperfections in the surface on either side and is essential for good cooling.

These particular thermal pads are an alternative to liquid form of TIM most commonly used with CPU coolers. Thermal pads are pre-cut to be compatible with specific compnents such as GPUs and graphics card VRAM, so make sure to choose the right size pads for your components.
