Keyboards

Keyboards are a vital peripheral for PC users, and regardless of your budget it's important to pick the right one. The most important consideration is what sort of feel you want. For instance, most cheaper keyboards use dome switches mounted on top of a membrane, offering low noise but giving very little tactile feedback. You may want to consider choosing a keyboard with mechanical switches as these provide much greater tactile feedback. Mechanical switches are available in different grades, denoted by a colour - black, brown and blue for instances and each has its own set of characteristics.

These keyboard feature membrane technology, providing a cost-effective yet satisfying gaming feel. There is a huge variety of colours and styles, including backlit and RGB-illuminated keyboards. They are connected via either USB, or WiFi or Bluetooth wireless technology.
