Introducing the ‘Fuzz Bender’, from revered effects pedal specialists Keeley Electronics.
Keeley’s ‘Fuzz Bender’ is a 5 knob, 3 transistor fuzz utilising a beautiful combination of high-gain silicon and super smooth germanium. We all love fuzz (well, most of us!), but what can sometimes make fuzz better? An active EQ! That’s what!
Thanks to the two parameters used as an active EQ, this gives you the ability to meld together gargantuan fuzz tones, which wouldn’t usually be possible with your average square-wave stomp box. Give your amp hell with upwards of 20dB of boost/cut at 100Hz and 10KHz.
The Fuzz Bender is constructed around classic Japanese germanium, this is the secret behind the fuzz bender’s humungous tones. Thanks to the ‘Bias’ control, this gives you full control over the attack and decay. Choose from a wealth of options such as fat square waves, angular fuzz all the way to ‘glitchy-velcro’ attack by dialling in that sweet spot via the ‘Bias’ control.
