Full 4K UHD Resolution
Image QualityThe FlexScan EV2740X supports 4K UHD resolution (3840x2160), displaying four times the amount of information than standard Full HD, and more than two times the amount than WQHD (2560x1440) monitors.
The 27-inch monitor has a pixel density of 163ppi, which is twice the number of concentrated pixels compared to a Full HD monitor. This high pixel density ensures even the smallest text and icons are displayed in crisp detail.
The monitor converts the data from an 8-bit input signal and selects the optimal gradations for smooth image display. Furthermore, each monitor is individually measured and adjusted at the factory prior to shipping for exceptional image quality out of the box.

One Cable SolutionThe monitor features a USB Type-C® connectivity that allows you to display video, playback audio, transmit USB signals, supply power to connected PCs, and even transmit a network signal. This convenient multi-purpose connectivity makes it faster and easier to connect your laptop when moving between workstations or working remotely.
Power DeliveryThe 94 watt power delivery via USB Type-C reliably charges laptops or small desktop PCs. This eliminates the need for a laptop's bulky power supply unit, freeing up space in your bag and on the desk.
Stable network ConnectionWhile many modern laptops are not equipped with a dedicated LAN port, the monitor has one directly built in for a stable wired connection. EIZO MAC Address Clone Utility software temporarily assigns the MAC address of a connected PC to the monitor, granting network access to authenticated devices, and preventing network access from unauthenticated devices.

Cushioning environmental impactFlexScan Sustainable Monitors are moving away from using plastic and styrofoam in the packaging to reduce environmental impact. The monitors are safely packed using moulded pulp, which is made from recycled cardboard and newspaper, and cables are wrapped in paper instead of plastic bags.

Auto Brightness controlTo prevent eye fatigue, a brightness sensor called Auto EcoView detects the changes in the ambient brightness that occurs throughout the day and automatically adjusts the screen to the ideal brightness level.
Minimum brightness of 1 cd/m2In a dimly-lit work environment, a monitor with low brightness settings is more comfortable to use. With its LED backlight, the monitor is adjustable to approximately 1 cd/m² which is less than 1% of the maximum.

Paper Mode reduces the amount of blue light emitted by the monitor, helping to prevent eye fatigue when reading digital documents.
