Low-Profile Cooling for 1U Servers
The Dynatron Q3 is a low-profile radial blower fan cooler for Intel® Core™ 12th–15th Gen processors using the LGA1851 and LGA1700 sockets. Built for 1U server systems, it measures just 92.0 x 90.0 x 28 mm, making it suited to compact platforms where cooler height is tightly constrained.
Copper Skived-Fin Heatsink
The Q3 pairs a copper heatsink with skiving fins and an Ø80 x 15 mm fan, creating a compact cooling package with a 444 ± 5 g weight. The double-ball-bearing fan operates from a 12V supply, with PWM control allowing its speed to vary according to cooling demand.
High-Pressure Radial Blower
The fan operates at 1,000 ± 200 RPM at 0–20% duty cycle, 3,500 ± 10% RPM at 50%, and up to 7,000 RPM at full duty cycle. Airflow reaches 6.5 CFM, 11.2 CFM and 22.28 CFM respectively, while static pressure rises from 2.27 mm-H2O at 0–20% to 18.56 mm-H2O at 50% and 74.18 mm-H2O at full speed.
Power and Noise
Power consumption ranges from 0.60W at 0–20% duty cycle to 3.84W at 50% and 19.2W at full speed. Noise levels are rated at 21.5 dBA, 43.0 dBA and 59.14 dBA across the same duty-cycle levels.
Built for Long-Term Operation
The Q3 uses M3 screws with an installation torque of 5–7 in-lb and features a four-pin fan connection for power, tachometer/signal output and PWM control. Its fan is rated for 70,000 hours of continuous operation at 40°C (104°F).
