Passive 1U Server Cooling
The Dynatron Q1 is a passive CPU cooler for 1U servers, supporting Intel® Alder Lake S processors and Intel® Core™ 12th–15th Gen processors. Its compact 90.0 x 90.0 x 27 mm form factor suits space-constrained server platforms.
Copper Skived-Fin Heat Sink
The Q1 uses a copper heat sink with skiving fins, providing a fully passive cooling design with no fan required. It weighs 490 ± 5 g, with pre-applied SHIN-ETSU 7762 or equivalent thermal grease on the base.
LGA1851 and LGA1700 Support
The cooler is compatible with LGA1851 and LGA1700 sockets and uses M3 screws with an installation torque of 5–7 in-lb.
