Advanced Motion System

Three step-servo motors located on the X and Y axes and within the extruder work together to improve extrusion consistency and printing accuracy. Combined with printing speeds of up to 600 mm/s and acceleration up to 20,000 mm/s², the motion system is engineered for fast and precise operation.

High-Flow Extrusion Performance

The next-generation dual-gear direct drive extruder features a sensorised filament path with integrated run-out detection and an automated magnetic filament cutter. A 40 mm³/s high-flow hotend and quick-swap hotend design help maintain material throughput while simplifying maintenance.

Heated Chamber for Engineering Materials

Active chamber heating maintains internal temperatures up to 60°C, helping reduce corner warping when printing advanced materials such as ASA and PPA. The system supports a broad range of filaments including PLA, PETG, PET, ABS, ASA, PLA-CF, PA-CF and PPA-CF.

Intelligent Cooling and Quiet Operation

An auxiliary chamber fan directs airflow onto freshly extruded filament to improve interlayer adhesion and print quality. Despite its high-performance capabilities, the K2 Pro operates quietly thanks to step-servo motors and dynamically balanced fans, producing noise levels comparable to typing on a laptop.

Automated Setup and Calibration

The K2 Pro is designed for a straightforward out-of-box experience. After unpacking and installing the touchscreen, users can follow the quick-start guide to perform automatic calibrations, including levelling and fan calibration. Smart auto levelling focuses on the target print area for faster preparation.

AI-Assisted Monitoring

Dual AI camera systems are included as standard, with dedicated cameras for print monitoring and calibration. A chamber-mounted AI camera provides continuous monitoring throughout the printing process, helping users keep track of progress and performance.

Connectivity and Smart Features

The printer supports file transfer via USB drive, Ethernet and Wi-Fi, while 32 GB of onboard eMMC storage provides space for print files. Additional smart features include power loss recovery, auto filament relay, filament tangle detection, input shaping, integrated lighting and a built-in RFID reader.

CFS Multi-Filament Support

Supplied as the K2 Pro Combo, the printer is compatible with the Creality Filament System (CFS), including RFID-tagged filaments. Support for up to four CFS extensions expands material handling capabilities for more advanced printing workflows.
