Quick-Swap Tri-Metal Nozzle

The integrated Unicorn nozzle combines a steel-tipped copper nozzle with a titanium alloy heatbreak. This design helps block heat creep while allowing the nozzle assembly to be swapped quickly and easily when maintenance is required.

Triple Cooling System for Improved Print Quality

A three-stage cooling system helps refine print quality throughout the printing process. The hotend fan reduces heat creep to prevent premature filament softening, while the part cooling fan rapidly hardens freshly extruded material to improve layer bonding and surface texture. An additional chamber-mounted auxiliary fan improves cooling across the model, reducing stringing and warping on bridges and overhangs.

Smartphone-Like User Experience

The K1C arrives fully assembled and tested before shipment, offering a true plug-and-play experience. Initial setup is guided through a simple boot-up process designed to feel as straightforward as configuring a new smartphone.

One-Tap Auto Calibration

Automatic calibration prepares the printer for operation with a single tap. The system handles levelling automatically, removing the need for traditional manual paper-based levelling procedures.

AI Monitoring and Time-Lapse Recording

A built-in AI camera continuously monitors the printing process and can actively alert users when an error occurs. The camera also supports remote video monitoring and time-lapse recording for project tracking and content creation.

Durable Enclosed Construction

The frame uses larger integrated die-cast components to create a stronger structure with fewer seams. Acrylic side panels, a transparent lid and a glass door form a fully enclosed design that helps maintain internal temperatures while providing a clear view of the print area.

Cleaner and Quieter Operation

An active carbon filter helps purify compounds and particles produced during printing, making the K1C more suitable for shared workspaces. Silent Mode reduces operating noise to 45 dB or less, helping minimise distractions while working or resting nearby.

Smarter Batch Printing

When producing multiple parts simultaneously, the K1C can exclude an individual failed print from a batch, allowing successful prints to continue without interruption.

Enhanced Everyday Reliability

Several built-in refinements improve durability and day-to-day usability, including pre-installed damping pads to reduce vibration, a silicone wiping strip for cleaning the nozzle tip, anti-shatter film on glass components, a reinforced cable chain for improved durability and a damper hinge for smoother door operation.
