Reviews
Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Powerful yet quiet in operation Bought this to replace a 'suspect' PU. This is a quite PU with amble power leads. Fixed my problematic PC problems. Would also like to praise the next day DPT delivery and the hour time slot allocated. 26 November 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by It works and is very quiet, difficult to say otherwise. I put it in and switched it on and it works. The cable fittings always seem to be the wrong orientation for me or perhaps I am fitting my disks upside down??? It seems a good piece of kit though only been going for a few weeks so can't say much more. 18 January 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good power supply good price very quiet works perfect my old psu blew up i got scared that other components where damage but im happy with it that i bought this new power supply 14 November 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good PSU Good PSU, quiet works well, enough cables, can clutter with cables but i have a small case, everyone else should be fine. 28 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Product Does exactly what I want and half the time I forget my computer is on as it's so quiet. 10/10. 04 January 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Works fine, easy to install Connectivity was sufficient, reasonably quiet. It has a nice long warranty so it'll probably take a while to know about reliability 31 October 2013

Haswell Ready

I would like to purchase this psu to use with a "4th Generation Intel Core (Haswell) i5-4430 3.00GHz (3.20GHz Turbo) Quad-Core Processor - 6MB Cache" on a "GIGABYTE GA-H87M-HD3 Intel H87 Express Chipset Motherboard" but I have just noticed that it states in the specs that the PSU isn't "Haswell Ready" does this mean that the PSU will not work with my CPU?

If not could you recommend a 600w PSU that will.

The PC is just a home/office PC not a gaming PC.

Thanks

Answer:
The PSU has not been %100 certified yet for Haswell, however the PSU will still power a Haswell CPU. It is just the low power sleep states that would not be supported but can be switch off in your motherboard BIOS..

For a Fully certified PSU you could choose the CX750

Answer:
A minimum of a 600W PSU is requried for this GPU. It is a good idea to give yourself some head room so a 750 - 850 W PSU would be recommended.
