Product Overview The VE278Q leads users to enter a spectacular world of colours with Full HD 1080p (1920x1080) support with an HDMI port, powered by an LED panel. A quick response time of 2ms (GTG) eliminates ghosting and tracers for a more fluid video playback.
The AI light function enables the VE278Q to automatically adjust to lower brightness to make your eyes feel more comfortable in a dim environment. Furthermore, it helps save more than 25% power consumption. ASCR, ASUS Smart Contrast Ratio, technology dynamically enhances the displays contrast to 10,000,000:1 by adjusting the luminance of the backlight to achieve the darkest black and the brightest white - delivering lifelike images.

Embedded digital HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, VE278Q enables the most advanced graphic card/computer connections. The DisplayPort interface also offers better support of multiple display streams, longer cable connection, and interoperability with other inputs, such as VGA, DVI and HDMI.

Need to research on the Internet, but a championship game is about to start on TV? The VE278Q offers PIP (Picture in Picture) function (via hotkey) and has the capability to display images of two different signals at the same time.

The exclusive Splendid™ Video Intelligence Technology optimises video performance and image fidelity by enhancing colour, brightness, contrast, and sharpness. 6 pre-set video modes (Scenery, Theatre, Game, Night View, sRGB and Standard) can be selected via a hotkey.
