The DeltaMate HT16 is a tube fitting designed for use with hard tubing in custom water-cooling loops. It supports tubes with an outer diameter of 16 mm and uses a flat sealing surface combined with a custom EPDM O-ring to create a strong and reliable connection from any angle. This ensures that rigid tubing can be installed securely without stressing the tube or the fitting. Like every model in the DeltaMate line, the HT16 maintains a uniform outer diameter, giving the entire system a cohesive and consistent appearance. Machined from brass and finished in matte-black chromium plating, it combines strength, reliability, and a clean aesthetic. Installation is straightforward thanks to its sturdy design, which is compatible with an 8 mm hex key.
High-Quality Brass Construction
Each fitting is produced from brass, an alloy of copper and zinc that combines the conductivity benefits of copper with superior hardness and corrosion resistance. Brass is also anodically compatible with other metals, reducing the risk of galvanic corrosion within a loop.
