Unitree Robotics R1-A

The Unitree R1-A is a dual-arm, upper-body humanoid robot: a humanoid head and torso with two arms, built for manipulation rather than walking. It suits pick-and-place research, reception desks and exhibitions, and R&D or innovation centres. Unitree builds it in several forms, including desktop versions that mount at a workstation.

Scan offers the R1-A5 Smart C, a desktop model with 27 degrees of freedom (DoF) in total: 13 in the body and arms, plus two Dex3-1 three-finger hands with force control and tactile sensing. Its 5-DoF arms have 420 mm reach and each carries about 2 kg. A 10 TOPS processor in the head and a built-in 40 TOPS AI compute module support secondary development. It weighs about 11 kg and runs from external power, with an upper-body battery available as an option. Ask our robotics team about other R1-A versions.
