The Unitree R1-A5 Smart C is a compact, ambidextrous humanoid weighing approximately 11 kg. Its fixed-base design makes it ideal for research, education, industrial automation, and AI training, while each arm supports a 2 kg Payload Capacity for manipulation tasks.

Powered by an 8-core High Performance CPU, the R1-A5 Smart C delivers reliable motion control, system management, and communications through a Linux-based operating environment. An integrated 40 TOPS NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano provides the AI performance required for local computer vision, robotics, and AI inference without external hardware.

A Binocular Depth Camera, dual Wrist RGB Cameras, and a 4-Array Beamforming Microphone provide stereo vision, close-range perception, and clear voice interaction for autonomous and collaborative robotics applications.

Featuring 27 Degrees of Freedom with Dual Encoder Actuation, the robot delivers smooth, human-like arm, wrist, and hand movement for manipulation, teleoperation, and embodied AI development.

Dex3-1 Tactile Grippers, an open SDK, and native ROS / ROS 2 Support provide a flexible platform for developing custom robotics applications, reinforcement learning, and advanced manipulation research.

Built-in Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 provide fast, reliable wireless connectivity for remote control, software deployment, and peripheral integration. An optional battery delivers up to 1.5 Hours of Runtime for untethered operation.
