The new XC-300-NUSB is an ultra-compact 'Nano' sized full 300Mbps WiFi compatible device using 2T2R transmit technology to help give a sustained, fully 802.11n compatible device with full backward 802.11n 150Mbps performance, plus even older 802.11g legacy devices if necessary.
Versatile, Compact & Efficient
Ideal as a permanent connection for your Notebook/PC for example, compact enough in that it can be left connected even when put back into its carry-case.
Other advanced features include a soft access point (AP) mode, QoS (quality of service) for a better multimedia and gaming experience and of course low-power consumption thanks to the latest WiFi signal processor.

Spend a little extra on a better one!
Used for an upstairs PC, speeds were awful and kept dropping the internet on/off!
Swapped for a powerline adaptor and all seems a lot better.
Maybe it was Faulty? I'm not to sure...
Save your cash and spend that little bit extra on a better one or buy a powerline adaptor!

ARRIVED FAULTY OUT OF THE PACKAGE!!!!!
Item never worked, Scan only gives 14 day return or a generous
30 day warranty, Had no immediate use for this item until last week.
WARNING if you purchase items make sure that you test them on receipt.
Ended up purchasing off Ebay, better price and item actually worked. Oh! also had a 12 month warranty.

Not compatible with windows 8 when it clearly states that it is
I purchased this item to provide a network connection for my new build. However when i attempted to get it to work, it turns out that the drivers are not compatible with my operating system which is windows 8 64Bit, when it states in the description that it is compatible with windows 8. Unfortunately it's a bit of disappointment on Scans behalf and their system for returning items is rather annoying. Unless there's a fault with my pc, it's not worth your money if you've got a chance of having the same issues as myself.

Brilliant! 100%
Got the Virgin Super Hub and a friend told me that a normal router works of "g" and to get faster speeds I need "n" not to sure what he was on about but I found these wireless dongles and bought 2 one for my pc upstairs and one for the daughters pc, However the daughter never got hers as when I tried the dongle in my laptop which has built in wireless like most laptops it was much faster so I have kept it, The pc upstairs has no problem streaming films to the PS3 etc, All in all a brilliant product 100% just have to get another one now for the daughter.
