Unison Technology captures the tones of these lauded valve and solid-state mic preamps - including their input impedance, gain stage sweet spots, right down to the component level circuit behaviours of their original hardware.

Taking inspiration from Unison's proprietary hardware-software integration, Apollo x4 allows you to record at close to zero latency via emulations like the included UA 610-B valve preamp and EQ for genuine analogue sound which is unmatched by other interfaces in its peer group. Unison technology can be found also in Apollo x4’s front-panel Hi-Z instrument input, providing accurate impedance and gain matching for guitar and bass amp models from Fender, Marshall, Ampeg and many more.
