Product Overview

DeltaMate Fittings for Custom Water Cooling

DeltaMate fittings are water cooling connectors developed for the individual components of a custom liquid cooling loop. In keeping with Thermal Grizzly’s quality standards, these fittings are manufactured with exact machining to deliver secure and reliable connections throughout a system.

DeltaMate Sealing Plug – TG-DM-FIT-0009

The DeltaMate sealing plug is a flat plug for closing unused G1/4" female threaded connections, commonly found on radiators, reservoirs, pump tops, and distribution plates. The plug features a matte-black chromium plating that gives it a premium appearance while also being resistant to marks and easy to clean.

High-Quality Brass Construction

Each fitting is produced from brass, an alloy of copper and zinc that combines the conductivity benefits of copper with superior hardness and corrosion resistance. Brass is also anodically compatible with other metals, reducing the risk of galvanic corrosion within a loop.

Durable EPDM Seals

The sealing rings used in DeltaMate fittings are made from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber). This synthetic material is highly elastic and designed to resist both ozone and UV radiation, ensuring long-term reliability and stability under continuous use.

Consistent Design and Installation

All fittings within the DeltaMate series share a uniform outer diameter, which ensures a consistent visual profile and easy alignment across different components. The robust design allows installation with a standard 8 mm hex key, giving builders a simple and dependable method of assembly.

Features

• Simple low profile plug that can be used to block any G1/4" female ports.
• Includes an optional aesthetic cover with DeltaMate logo that can be rotated to any orientation.
• Consistent outer diameter with all DeltaMate fittings for completely seamless integration.
• Easy to install in tight places and SFF builds using an 8mm hex key.

Watercooling
Date Issued: 19th Jun 2008

Watercooling for the PC has been around for years in some form or another, for at least as long as Scan have been in business, with basic physics defining why you want to use it. That means for air cooling, to cope with increasing temperature in the heatsink you need to move the air across it faster. That is why thermostatically controlled fans in your PC will turn faster the hotter something gets.
