Tiare Series Ukulele
The Art of UkuleleThe Tanglewood Tiare series ukuleles have had lengthy amounts of research and development to create the final results. Influenced by Polynesia, the name itself comes from the national flower of Tahiti, including the essence of the South Pacific and making sure the Tiare models offer an authentic and traditional representation of the art of the ukulele.
The Tiare ukuleles are created from a wide range of exotic materials, from stunning Black Walnut to Figured Hawaiian Koa tone woods, selected especially by Tanglewood to have aesthetically pleasing figuring in the grain, making each instrument unique. Every ukulele comes with a luxury “fiddleback” contoured back for further sound projection and volume and Aquila strings, found usually on only the most professional high-end instruments as standard equipment. Models are also fitted with neck truss rods, along with chrome metal machine heads for precise tuning.

Let It SingThe Tanglewood TWT 1 is made from Mahogany wood throughout the top, back and sides. When it comes to selecting wood, Tanglewood are experts and have years of experience.
This choice off wood helps provide a warm and rich sound, allowing each note to ring out clearly and keep any chord progressions sound full.
Ideal for practicing, performing or even recording. Mahogany has a reputation for adding sustain and warmth to the sound which you can certainly hear with the TWT 1.
Playability You Can Rely On
Play With EaseToo keep up with the pleasing aesthetics of the wood, Tanglewood have finished the instrument off with an Eboncore fingerboard and bridge, along with the chrome meta tuners, this all allows for reliable playability whilst further adding to the great sound of the instrument.
The natural satin finish on the neck aswell as the body gives the TWT 1 smoother playability, so your hands can glide up and down the neck and change positions with ease.

It doesn’t matter what the value of the guitar, if you buy it from us we take extra steps to ensure you are completely satisfied with your instrument. Each guitar goes through a 22 step professional guitar set up process to make sure your new instrument sounds as the manufacturer intended it to play.
This means that your guitar may take an extra day to deliver, just so we can get these checks done. You’ll receive email updates once your guitar is ready for despatch.
