Tiare Series Electro Acoustic Ukulele
The Art of UkuleleThe Tanglewood Tiare series ukuleles have had lengthy amounts of research and development to create the final results. Influenced by Polynesia, the name itself comes from the national flower of Tahiti, including the essence of the South Pacific and making sure the Tiare models offer an authentic and traditional representation of the art of the ukulele.
The Tiare ukuleles are created from a wide range of exotic materials, from stunning Black Walnut to Figured Hawaiian Koa tone woods, selected especially by Tanglewood to have aesthetically pleasing figuring in the grain, making each instrument unique. Every ukulele comes with a luxury “fiddleback” contoured back for further sound projection and volume and Aquila strings, found usually on only the most professional high-end instruments as standard equipment. Models are also fitted with neck truss rods, along with chrome metal machine heads for precise tuning.

Built-In PreampThe TWT 13 E is fully prepared for a live situation. With the built-in Tanglewood TEQ-TUT EQ/Preamp your audience can hear the magnificent sound of this ukulele in all its glory.
Integrated into the preamp is a volume control, so you can sit exactly where you need to in the mix, along with a tone control for further sound shaping, and an increibly handy tuner.
This eliminates the need for micing up the ukulele and no need for tuning pedals or eq. Its all built-in!

Easy PlayabilityWhen it comes to playability and an instrument you can rely on, the TWT 13 E certainly delivers. Built with an Okourme neck, ABS Ivory White nut and saddle, along with a natural wooden bridge and fingerboard, you get all the playability you could wish for.
Finished in all Natural Satin and die cast chrome tuners, this Ukulele will consistently deliver great tone and playability, making it an absolute joy to play.
