thunderous low end!Fender’s classic Precision Bass was originally unveiled to the world in the early ‘50s, and since then, has enjoyed a rich life as one of the go-to bass guitars for bassists spanning all genres.
The model seen here, sports a PJ pickup arrangement, this features a P-style split coil pickup in the central position, and a J-style single coil down at the bridge.
It’s this split coil pickup configuration which is one of the main driving forces behind the Precision bass’s famous tone, found on countless records since its early inception. Perfect for beginners and veterans alike, this beautifully made bass is harmonically rich and packs plenty of punch.
