Introducing the hugely versatile 'G2' from Canadian Amplifier/Pedal Wizards 'Revv'. Revv's 'G2' has collected hordes of fans throughout the Rock and Metal community, and for good reason too. Whilst the ‘G3’ and ‘G4’ are ferocious high-gain beasts, the G2 is a much more subtle affair. Based on the green channel from Revv’s ‘Generator’ amplifiers, this eye-catching little powerhouse has all the tone and power to match it’s vibrant housing.
The Revv G2 delivers a ‘crunch’ type tone that is responsive to the dynamics in your playing style and also your guitars volume knob, in much the same way as a valve amplifier. The G2 features a sensitive 3-band EQ, 3 separate drive modes, so dependent on the amplifier you’re running through, the Revv G2 can be adjusted dependent on the amplifiers characteristics.
The G2 is so much more than a light overdrive/‘crunch’ however, at lower settings, the G2 has a clear, boost-like tonality that can be put to use to give life to your clean tones, and when running through a high-gain amplifier, it will tighten your sound and add some serious saturation to your tone.

Choose from 3 Distinct and Unique Voicings
True VersatilityThe G2 features 3 main voices, all suited to different applications. Choose from, ‘Off’, ‘Blue’, and ‘Red’. With ‘Blue’ selected, you’ll tap into a touch-responsive overdrive and amp-like breakup, a sound popular with Nashville guitarists. With the ‘Red’ mode selected, you’ll be treated to fat, amp-like light-gain that’s ideal for classic rock crunch and country. In the ‘Off’ position, the G2 delivers a full-range boost and a wide gain range, this is best suited for when your valve-amp needs that little extra push.
