The vented earcup deign allows some ambient sound in from the outside allowing you to maintain a more natural balance during VR sessions. The comfortable earcushions are also vented, allowing fresh air to circulate throughout the headset keeping you cool and also enables some external sound in meaning you can still have in-room conversations during social VR gaming sessions.
