Old Blood Noise Endeavours - 'Blackcap'
Dual Asynchronous Harmonic Tremolo

A New Aural ExperienceThe Old Blood Noise Endeavors Blackcap was originally released in 2019 as a one-off special run. It has now returned, making its harmonic take on the Whitecap dual asynchronous tremolo a full member of the Old Blood Noise Endeavours line up. Blackcap is similar the Whitecap, with slight differences. Keeping the three-control analog tremolo side of the original, Blackcap takes the digital tap side into a world of harmonic tremolo. Where Whitecap turned your volume up and down, Blackcap crossfades between your highs and lows. Mixed in parallel or series with the amplitude modulating tremolo, Blackcap is a completely new aural experience.
Amazing Features
• Subdivision Toggle - set the tap tempo to deliver either Quarter notes, Eighth notes or Triplets
• Analog and Digital Harmonic Tremolos in one pedal - for a world of interweaving textures
• Digital Harmonic Tremolo - sports 5 wave-shapes and Tap Tempo control
• Series/Parallel Toggle - for interacting of independent tremolo tonesy
• Ramp Mode - shift the speed up or down by holding the tap footswitch
• Analog Tremolo - goes from slow to almost ring-mod fast
A New Sonic Realm

Rich & Distinctive TonesThe Blackcap will quickly take you into a completely new sonic realm. On the right-hand-side of the pedal you get a classic analog tremolo, going from slow sways to rapid chopping tremolo, whereas on the left includes a digital tap-tempo controlled harmonic tremolo, offering supremely slow waves and pulsating synth using its 5 selectable wave shapes (Sine, Triangle, Square, Saw and Reverse Saw).
Use the tremolo separately for vintage tremolo tones or play only through the harmonic tremolo for distinctively rich modulating sounds. You can also combine them, in either series or parallel, for unique choppy chain reactions that take you deeper into the world of tremolo.
Immersive Rhythms

Ever Evolving TexturesSync up the digital harmonic tremolo with the beat of your music using Blackcap’s tap tempo feature, throw in the analog tremolo side and get either an immersive counter-rhythm or a touch of un-synced trippy chaos.
Hold down tap tempo and hear your harmonic tremolo suddenly slip into a totally different rhythm, watching you create new evolving textures on the go. If you want to retain a firm grasp of realities or want to give new life to your pulsating perceptions, the Blackcap will certainly deliver.
