Montech CyberFlow CORE 360
The MONTECH CyberFlow CORE 360 is a high-performance all-in-one liquid CPU cooler designed for demanding gaming, workstation and professional workloads. Combining a 32mm-thick aluminium radiator, high-speed 3500RPM pump, three E25 PWM fans and a dedicated magnetic VRM fan, it provides powerful cooling for modern processors while extending airflow to the motherboard VRM heatsink. Support for Intel LGA 1700 and LGA 1851 alongside AMD AM4 and AM5 makes the CyberFlow CORE 360 suitable for a broad range of modern high-performance platforms.
The CyberFlow CORE 360 combines a high-density 20 FPI radiator with powerful airflow and targeted VRM cooling to provide the thermal headroom required under sustained loads. Pre-installed fans and pre-applied premium thermal paste simplify installation, while 400mm tubing and a six-year warranty provide added practicality and long-term reliability.
Enhanced Cooling
The CyberFlow CORE 360 uses a 397 x 120 x 32mm aluminium radiator with a high-density 20 FPI fin design, providing substantial surface area for heat dissipation while maintaining a practical 360mm-class form factor. The cooler also features 400mm tubing and three pre-installed 120mm fans for efficient airflow through the radiator.
Rapid Heat Transfer
A high-speed pump rapidly circulates coolant to draw heat away from the processor, operating at 3500RPM ±10%. Measuring 77 x 77 x 81.35mm and producing a maximum noise level of 28dBA, the pump uses a 4-pin PWM connector for speed control.
Powerful Airflow
Three included E25 PWM fans provide the airflow and static pressure required for effective radiator cooling. Measuring 120 x 120 x 25mm, the FDB-equipped fans operate from 500 to 2700RPM ±10%, delivering up to 92.37CFM airflow and 7.24mmH2O static pressure, with a maximum noise level of 36.2dBA.
Targeted VRM Cooling
The CyberFlow CORE 360 extends cooling beyond the CPU with a dedicated magnetic VRM fan designed to target the motherboard heatsink. Operating between 1200 and 3500RPM ±10%, the VRM fan provides additional airflow around the power delivery area to help maintain dependable performance during sustained heavy loads.
Easy Installation
Installation is simplified with the three radiator fans pre-installed and premium thermal paste pre-applied to the cooler. This reduces assembly time while providing evenly applied thermal interface material ready for processor installation.
