Inspired from the hugely popular MA-201fetVG designed by David Royer, Mojave Audio’s MA-301fetVG adds a 3-position pickup pattern selector, a 15dB pad, as well as a switchable bass roll-off.
Via the use of a 3-micron gold-spluttered dual-diaphragm capsule, high-grade Jensen audio transformer, military-grade FET, and custom-designed low-noise resistors, the MA-301fetVG performs at a level which is highly reminiscent of some of the best-loved classic condenser microphones.
