Product Overview

High Performance Transceiver

The MFM1T02A-LR optical transceiver module has been purposely designed for use in fiber channel links and configured for high speed 10G data transmissions. The Module is built to provide 100 Ohms deferential between transmitter input and receiver output. The high speed laser equipped transceiver is capable of handling a sustained data rate of 10G over a distance up to 10km, allowing for a LC fiber connection for any manner of required networking infrastructure. The MFM1T02A-LR Mellanox compatible 10G SFP+ transceiver module is built to comply with the MSA standards for SFP+s. The SFP+ transceiver provides differential termination to reduce the electromagnetic interference (EMI) and common mode conversion differential. Both the data lines are also internally AC coupled. The hot pluggable SFP+ transceiver unit allows for installation without requiring a device reboot or interruption of network traffic. The optical ports of the module shall be terminated with an optical connector or with a dust plug.
