What is difference between this and the c920s

From what I can see, the difference between the 8 year old design C920 and the C920S is the addition of a privacy cover (with the "S" indicating the inclusion of a stereo mic). I think the real question that needs to be answered is: What is the difference between the C920 and the C920 (2020 update) which is the model being advertised?
