However, the GRGA120QA is more than just a looker, it’s an out and out shred machine, packing immense power and playability to match.
At the centre of all this is the well-balanced poplar body, Ibanez then added a pair of Infinity R humbuckers to deliver a broad range of red-hot face-melting tones, along with a rapid-playing neck for fluid movement up and down the neck.
It wouldn’t be a shredders guitar without a whammy bar would it now? As such, Ibanez included their standard tremolo system to the GRGA120QA for all manner of whammy acrobatics and dive-bombs!

fast, free-flowing neckWith dual Infinity R humbuckers, the gorgeous GRGA120QA sounds as good as it looks! Switch to the neck position for richer, warmer tones, then flick over to the bridge pickup for rip-roaring leads and crunching power chords. For a well-balanced mix of the two, just select the middle position!
24 jumbo fretsIbanez have a well-earned reputation amongst guitarists for their fast and fluid necks, the GRGA120QA is no exception. This wonderfully comfortable neck is topped with a bound purpleheart fretboard, the typical Ibanez flat 15.7” radius and 24 jumbo frets to accommodate those fast-flowing legato runs.
