Classy Semi-hollowbody ibanezIbanez’s AS53 features a double-cutaway, semi-hollow body design with an arched laminated sapele top with classy ƒ holes and ivory binding on a sapele back and sides matched to a set-in mahogany neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with ivory binding and pearl dot position markers.
Top-notch components include a pair of Ibanez Artcore humbucking pickups, a Tune-o-matic style bridge with separate tailpiece, a plastic nut, speed knobs, and Ibanez tuning machines.

Warm, Balanced and Versatile Tone
'Infinity R' Ceramic HumbuckersIbanez designed the AS53’s humbuckers in house and they fully deliver on the tone front, featuring a warm, balanced and versatile tone. Combined with the AS53’s semi-hollow body, they really bring out the best of the sapele body.
Whilst capable of fantastic tones, the humbuckers work excellently in eliminating unwanted noise, hum and feedback which can often plague semi-hollow guitars.

Each guitar goes through a 22 step professional guitar set up process to make sure your new instrument sounds as the manufacturer intended it to play.
