Product Overview

Compact, Portable NVMe RAID Storage for Thunderbolt™ 3 Connectivity

The RocketStor 6661A-NVMe allows you to add lightning-fast NVMe RAID Storage to any Thunderbolt™ 3 capable PC platform. Each RocketStor 6661A-NVMe solution supports up to four M.2 SSD’s in RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 and single-drive configurations, and can deliver an astounding 2,800MB/s of transfer performance - ideal for professional media applications that require maximum sustained read and write speeds.

Works with any Thunderbolt™ 3 capable Mac or PC

Like all HighPoint Thunderbolt™ 3 I/O Solutions, the RocketStor 6661A-NVMe was designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. The ultra-slim enclosure includes a pre-installed NVMe RAID controller, which can be quickly accessed via quick-release thumbscrews. The RAID controller supports up to 4 M.2 SSD’s and 8TB of storage, which can be easily installed by users of any experience level.

Flexible NVMe Storage Capacity

Unlike most NVMe solutions which tie a single SSD to a PCIe module, the RS6661A-NVMe supports up to 4 individual M.2 NVMe SSD’s, and up to 8TB of total storage capacity. Each SSD can be configured to operate independently or as part of a RAID 0, 1, 5 or 10 array. The RocketStor 6661A-NVMe has been qualified with a wide range of NVMe SSD’s, including Samsung’s 960 Pro series 2TB models.

HighPoint NVMe Manager with Integrated TRIM & SMART Monitoring

The RocketStor 6661A-NVMe includes our intuitive NVMe Manager interface, which allows users of any experience level quickly configure the M.2 SSDs into RAID arrays or as stand-alone drives. TRIM support promotes the longevity and endurance of each SSD while SMART monitoring allows customers to keep close tabs on the physical attributes of each device, including temperature readings, total bytes written and disk usage values; essential tools for planning, configuring and maintaining mission critical SSD storage. Quick Configuration menus allow new users to get everything up and running with a few simple clicks. In depth, Advanced Options allow experienced professionals to fine tune SSD module configurations for specific applications.

RAID card included

Hello, What card is included in this HighPoint T3 RS6661A-NVMe? Is this the HighPoint 7101A or 7102A? Cause I need to BOOT on this hardware, and 7101A cannot, whereas 7102 can handle that. Thank you,
