NO-NONSENSE ROCK 'N ROLL TONE & PERFORMANCE!Alive and loud, Electromatic® Center Block guitars are designed for that pure and powerful Gretsch sound at high volume. The G5622 Electromatic® Center Block Double-Cut with V-Stoptail features a double-cutaway maple body with chambered spruce center block for dynamic resonance, high gain power and lightweight comfort.
Dual Black Top Broad'Tron™ humbucking pickups deliver chiming highs with dynamic and articulate tone for enhanced sonic punch. Flexibly harness its sonic power with a versatile control layout consisting of a master volume control with treble bleed circuit, master tone, individual pickup volume controls and three-position pickup toggle switch.
The G5622's other features include an anchored Adjusto-Matic™ bridge, Graph Tech® NuBone® nut and G-arrow knobs.

THIN “U”-SHAPED PROFILEThe real power behind the Electromatic’s power lies in Gretsch’s latest offering – the impressive Black Top Broad’Tron humbuckers. Specifically designed for this impressive collection, the powerful high-output Broad’Tron humbuckers deliver greater definition with noticeably tighter bass response for robust lows, chiming highs and a cutting midrange.
To take control of all of this power, Gretsch included a traditional control layout - neck and bridge pickup volume controls, a master tone control, master volume control and three-way pickup switching. Also included is a smooth-playing 12”-radius laurel fingerboard with elegant pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays and 22 frets sits atop the Maple neck with a thin “U”-shaped profile—ideal for chord work or firing off hot-rodded riffing.
The G5622’s other features include an anchored Adjusto-Matic™ bridge, Graph Tech® NuBone® nut which provides great tuning stability and accurate, slip-free intonation.
