The 8040B monitor is compatible with Genelec’s Smart Active Monitor (SAM) technology too, combining to deliver a hugely comprehensive mixing experience.
SAM technology enables the 8040B studio monitors to optimise themselves and automatically align their level, timing and EQ of room response anomalies, ensuring that you’re able to hear the original nuances of your original source, without ever leaving anything out or adding anything extra to your signal. Furthermore, the 8040B packs noticeably deep bass, integrated decoupling, ISS power management and much more.
