A No-Compromise Fender DesignThe Fender Malibu Player is a small-body, short scale, acoustic-electric guitar that feels different yet comfortable. As a result, this will inspire you to reach for chords and notes you wouldn’t usually go for, sparking a new level of creativity you’ve never experienced before. Featuring a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides with a 6-in-line headstock, this combination of style with great sound and playability makes the Malibu Player work fantastically on stage or in the studio. Suitable for any style, the mahogany neck is inspired by Fender’s electric legacy with a comfortable slim-taper "C"-shaped profile.
As usual, Fender haven’t compromised with the design and construction of the Malibu Player. Featuring an optimized bracing for superior resonance, a GraphTech® NuBone® nut and saddle, and a Fishman® preamp system that allows you to reproduce the guitar’s natural sound when plugged into an amplifier. All these features, along with its unique style and fantastic build quality certainly makes the Malibu Player live up to the Fender name.

BODY SHAPEThis guitar's unique body shape is a Fender exclusive, making it a vintage-inspired look with a modern edge.
SOLID SPRUCE
TOPThe soundboard provides the most important tonal aspect of an acoustic guitar. Spruce a common choice, as few woods can match its strength, sound, and dynamic range. Solid spruce tops are known for opening up and sounding better over time.
FISHMAN PREAMP
AND TUNERA Fishman CD-1 pickup/preamp system includes a range of onboard controls for amplifying your acoustic instrument without sacrificing its pure, rich, and resonant tone. It also features a handy built-in tuner.
6-IN-LINE
MATCHING HEADSTOCKThe matching painted 6-in-line headstock on this guitar is immediately noticable and displays that classic Fender vibe. It also provides considerable strength and resistance to “whiplash” that can severely damage most traditional acoustics.
SLIM-TAPER "C"-SHAPED

It doesn’t matter what the value of the guitar, if you buy it from us we take extra steps to ensure you are completely satisfied with your instrument. Each guitar goes through a 22 step professional guitar set up process to make sure your new instrument sounds as the manufacturer intended it to play.
This means that your guitar may take an extra day to deliver, just so we can get these checks done. You’ll receive email updates once your guitar is ready for despatch.
