NEW FENDER PLAYER SERIES PICKUPSFor greater overall tone, Fender outfitted the Player Jaguar with twin all-new Player series pickups, with an Alnico 3 Jaguar Humbucker in the bridge and an Alnico 2 Jaguar Single-Coil in the neck.
There’s the traditional 3 way selector switch and 2-Position Slide for Bridge Humbucking Coil Split, to offer an extremely broad range of tones to choose from. You’ll of course find the usual tone control, and a master volume control so you can sculpt your tone as you see fit.

6-Saddle Vintage-Style TREMOLO BRIDGEFender included a 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Adjustable with “Floating” Tremolo Tailpiece on the Player series, with bent steel saddles to enable great tuning stability and classic vibrato action with the included tremolo arm.
Up towards that iconic headstock you’ll find 6 standard cast sealed machine heads which deliver quick, reliable and accurate tuning. There’s a synthetic bone nut too which protects from string binding whilst also aiding in this guitars impressive sustain capabilities!
