classic tele feel
modern features & playabilityThe American Professional HotShot Telecaster draws from more than seventy years of innovation, inspiration and evolution to meet the demands of today's working player.
The popular Deep "C" neck sports smooth rolled fingerboard edges, a "Super-Natural" satin finish and a newly sculpted neck heel for a supremely comfortable feel and easy upper-register access. New V-Mod III Telecaster single-coil pickups deliver the twang, snap and snarl that made the Tele famous, now more articulate than ever. But the HotShot goes further: a specially placed V-Mod III Stratocaster single-coil in the middle position pairs with 5-way switching to unlock a whole new dimension of Fender tone, while ClassicGear Precision Potentiometers deliver smooth, consistent control with custom torque, precise resistance and a musical taper for effortless, reliable performance. — from classic Tele bite to glassy Strat-inspired middle and in-between voices, all in one instrument.
The American Professional HotShot Telecaster delivers instant familiarity and sonic versatility you'll feel and hear right away, with broad ranging improvements that add up to nothing less than a new standard for professional instruments.
