EK-TIM Ectotherm is a best in-class thermal compound with exceptional value for money. This thermal interface material provides an effective heat transfer and easy application between CPU, GPU or any other PCH/chipset and heat sink.

Ectotherm has been bundled with EK Full Cover water blocks since early 2013 and has been deployed by various system integrators as a cost effective, yet high performance thermal compound.

This Low Viscosity and Electrically Non-Conductive thermal compound makes each application trouble-free and failsafe.

EK-TIM Ectotherm comes in a practical five grams (5g) packaging within a reusable gitf-box and is thus a perfect choice for passionate computer modders, overclockers and computer repair shop personel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cheap, Effective and good quality bought this to replace the nasty thermal compound on the h100i and while i was there replaced the compound of my VGA card too and saw a temp drop of between 5-7 degrees at full load so not bad.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from cuold be better I used firstly another compound that was much more conductive, in the fact on my setup (amd fx8350 and ih80 water cooler) on idle i got 6.5°C and when used (games multicore programs...) i got on 35 - 40°C. On this compound I got idle on 9.5°C and when used it go over 45°C (where on original heatsink I got 46°C)
