The EK-Pro GPU Zotac RTX 5090 is a professional-grade full-cover liquid cooling block engineered by EKWB for high-density systems using the ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 5090 Solid and ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 5090 Solid OC graphics cards. Designed to replace the stock air cooler entirely, this water block channels coolant directly over critical thermal components including the GPU die, video memory and voltage regulation modules, significantly reducing operating temperatures compared to traditional cooling methods. Its precision-machined construction utilises high-quality materials such as nickel-plated copper for the base, stainless steel for the top, with durable EPDM O-rings for long-term reliability. Pre-installed brass standoffs simplify installation and also support structural integrity. The block integrates into custom liquid cooling loops using widely supported G1/4” threaded ports, enabling professional-grade rapid maintenance and expansion, and supports operating parameters appropriate for demanding workstations, AI servers and high-compute density environments.

Engineered for Efficient Thermal Management

The EK-Pro water block features an Open Split-Flow cooling engine design, which delivers uniform coolant distribution with minimal hydraulic resistance even at lower pump speeds. This design enhances heat transfer efficiency from the GPU, VRAM and VRM, maintaining stable thermal performance across varying workloads and in reversed flow scenarios.

Durable Construction and Materials

The block’s base is CNC-machined from nickel-plated electrolytic copper to maximise thermal conductivity, while the laser-cut stainless-steel top offers rigidity and corrosion resistance. High-quality EPDM O-rings ensure a secure seal, and pre-installed brass standoffs facilitate straightforward mounting. The integrated I/O plate replaces the stock shield, adding mechanical support and protecting the underlying graphics card PCB from stress and damage.

Professional Integration and Connectivity

This version of the water block includes a 45° angled terminal block with dual G1/4” threaded ports, enabling seamless connection with standard cooling fittings, rapid disconnect kits and custom manifolds for enterprise-level liquid cooling systems. The design supports inclusion in complex loops without performance compromise, making it suitable for high-density server racks and workstations.

2) This product should NOT be installed with any aluminium Fluid Gaming parts.
