Huge Sound In A Compact FormatThe Dreadbox Nymphes features an all-analogue signal path, influenced by single-VCO-per-voice polyphonic synths from the 1980s, but with a modern form factor and a variety of powerful features which make it a great choice for aspiring musicians. This synth comes with seven different play modes, including polyphonic, unison, and duophonic options, and chord memory.
The Nymphes has extensive modulation capabilities, such as 28 destinations for the assignable LFO, aftertouch, velocity, and mod wheel (from an external keyboard controller), and there are also individual envelope generators for the VCA and the VCF/VCO. With dirty basslines, searing leads, effective pads, and chaotic arpeggios, the Dreadbox Nymphes will have you entertained for hours! A custom-designed digital reverb is also included for added atmosphere!

Unique Creative Freedom
Effective Waveshaping VCOFeaturing six voices of polyphony and powered by a waveshaping voltage-controlled oscillator, the Nymphes can blend between triangle, sawtooth, and square waves with variable pulse-width modulation, and push your low end with the 1-octave-down sub-oscillator.
Nymphes also includes a white noise generator, available for for adding more texture to patches, designing percussive sounds, and crafting effective and dramatic wind sounds and noise sweeps.
Seven optional play modes are available, such as polyphonic 6-voice, polyphonic 3-note with two voices per note, duophonic with three voices per note, along with 6-voice and 4-voice unison modes and single-voice mono.
Enhanced Mix Control
Rich & Warm Analogue filterAn immersive, 4-pole analogue resonant VCF is included to craft additional character into your patches. Filter tracking is astoundingly accurate, so you can use the filter as a sine wave VCO.
This feature is great for creating 808-style pitched kick drums and huge sounding electro-toms. Nymphes also includes a 1-pole non-resonant highpass filter for reducing unwanted low-frequencies that can take clarity away from the mix.
Meticulous Sound Design
Versatile LFO'sThe Dreadbox Nymphes has six-voices which each have their own LFO for modulating pitch and cutoff. A second general-use LFO is at hand for assigning to any parameter, with up to 24 target destinations. The LFOs can work in three different modes, slow, fast, and key track.
Each include variable delay and fade-out parameters, and they can be set to one-shot mode to work like an envelope generator. You can also sync the LFO rate to an external MIDI clock from a DAW, sequencer, drum machine, or master clock. Additionally. the LFOs work in both unipolar and bipolar mode, offering astounding flexibility to meticulously craft modulations.
