Taking its name from Greek Mythology, Erebus was an ancient primordial deity born from Chaos and the personification of darkness. Dreadbox couldn’t have chosen a better namesake, this all-powerful semi-modular synthesizer holds a truly unique, all-analogue voicing and is as all-encompassing as Erebus himself.
The Erebus first incarnation proved wildly popular, and now the reissue sports two VCOs bursting with warm and sharp sonics. A host of tone-shaping controls are on hand such as the OTA VCA; per-oscillator glide controls, and a pre-fed, twin-pole lowpass filter, next to a super ethereal lo-fi delay.
