Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality, excellent value Great price for the quality of switches, Cherry MX silents aren't at all silent, but probably half the volume of Cherry MX red. The keyboard's really nice to use, looks really cool, and all my coworkers want one! You need the Corsair iCue software to configure lighting effects and other resolution/refresh settings, but it's the same software for all Corsair products, and the light linking works really well with my Corsair mouse. Cable is a bit chunky if you've got tight cabling at the back of the desk, but the USB pass-through is a nice touch so you get the full USB3 bandwidth.

This is a great keyboard, does what it say's on the box, tuns of illumination options, i mean tuns !, the feel is of very high quility, the keyboard is built to take a good bashing from a keyboard thumping gamer, the keys are not clunky like a standard mechanical keyboard and the key are nice and quite, very easy to setup, just goto the ( iCUE ) website and download the latest software for this keyboard and thats all there is to it...

Have to say this is one of the best refurbished items i have ever seen, could not tell it looks like new thank you scan "thumbs up".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great board - Cracking price My Previous and first board, i had been using a TKL cheap mech board with blue switches from amazon (it was also US format) - it did the job and sounded lovely clacking away while working... to me that is... The wife who shares the office with me told me i needed to get something quieter - behold the Corsair Strafe with cherry silent switches. I bought a re-furb board simply to save on some money - it arrived in a plain brown box but was fully intact and looked as good as new, barring one small scratch on one of the sides (i cant see it when the board is being used) the ique software is great and i managed to get it all set up how i liked it pretty quickly. The noise level as expect is far less than my previous so this keeps the wife happy too I also got a re-furb harpoon mouse to match

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice feel, solid keyboard, good value After using this for a couple of months now I really like the feel of the keyboard with the benefit of not driving people in my house crazy with the typical clacking noise of a mechanical keyboard. The keyboard feels very solid and the keys have a very nice touch to them. I only use it for gaming so I can't offer any insights into what it would be like for daily typing. The lights look nice and the USB pass through is a nice touch. I bought the refurbished model and I can't say I've noticed any difference to any new keyboard I've bought in the past. So far so good and I would definitely recommend this product.

how silent is this keyboard?

Wouldn’t say as silent as a dead mouse but close enough! I use this keyboard whilst recording gaming videos & it’s never been picked up by my mic! No clicking from the switches. Hope this helped ahah
