One Thumb, Total Control
The Delta PULSE places all ten pushbuttons in the upper section of the wheel so they can be reached with the thumbs rather than requiring the driver to move their hands from the grips. Four tactile thumb encoders and two seven-way switches add further control, giving 44 inputs that can be operated entirely by thumb.
13° Slope-Cut Grips
The wheel uses ergonomic silicone grips with a distinctive 13° slope cut. This shaping is designed to support the thumbs naturally and maintain a secure, comfortable grip during long stints.
MultiLink Expandability
MultiLink lets the driver expand thumb-encoder functionality from 8 outputs to as many as 28 by linking one thumb encoder on each side to the Multi-Switches. This turns a small number of physical controls into a much larger set of assignable functions.
AdaptiveBeamTec Telemetry Encoders
The AdaptiveBeamTec encoders provide visual telemetry feedback around the rotary controls. They can display ABS and traction-control states—Off, Dry, Wet, or Selected—at a glance.
This makes it easier to confirm the active setting without relying on an external dashboard or in-game menu, which is useful in VR and during fast, mid-race adjustments.
Tactile Thumb Encoders
The four thumb encoders use custom-made, 400 gf/cm tactile mechanisms with 12 clearly defined positions. The tactile feedback is intended to make each adjustment precise and prevent accidental inputs.
Because each detent is physically distinguishable, drivers can make changes by feel and know when a setting has moved from one step to the next.
NextGen QuickShift Paddles
The Delta PULSE uses NextGen QuickShift magnetic paddles with a zero-play, fully contactless design and analogue activation. This is aimed at delivering consistent, immediate shifting response without mechanical wear points, this Advanced variant includes a six-carbon-paddle giving additional paddle inputs for functions such as clutch, handbrake, or custom assignments.
90+ Inputs and Intelligent Remapping
With more than 90 inputs and intelligent remapping, the Delta PULSE is built for drivers who need a highly personalized control surface. Functions can be assigned and reassigned to suit different cars, disciplines, or personal preferences.
PitStopApp Software
BavarianSimTec’s PitStopApp provides standalone software support with telemetry access across multiple simulation titles. It supports plug-and-play setup, button-colour customization, car-specific RevLight profiles, community-shared configurations, and software/firmware updates.
The wheel also supports SimHub, giving users flexibility if they already use that ecosystem for LED and telemetry displays.
LED Configuration and Rev Lights
The wheel features a 3 | 12 | 3 LED configuration, providing rev-light and status feedback around the wheel. BavarianSimTec includes handcrafted RevLight profiles for individual cars, which can be selected or customized through the PitStopApp.
Lightweight, Durable Construction
The Delta PULSE uses a CNC-machined two-shell aluminium body with carbon construction and weighs approximately 1,230 g. The design balances rigidity and durability with a relatively light overall wheel mass.
Its 295 mm diameter is a common formula-style size, intended to provide a focused, compact driving position.
USB-C Connectivity and Compatibility
A rear-mounted USB-C connection allows the wheel to work with most compatible wheelbases. The package includes a coiled Lumberg-to-USB-A cable, and the product is described as DNR ready.
This broad compatibility makes it a flexible option for drivers who may change wheelbases or use multiple simulation platforms.
