The Ascher Racing x Simucube Ultimate USB is a premium 300mm sim racing steering wheel developed through collaboration between Ascher Racing and Simucube, combining motorsport-inspired ergonomics with an extensive array of professional-grade controls. Based on the proven Ascher Racing Ultimate wheel, this co-branded version features an integrated 4-inch dashboard, 21 RGB shift LEDs, 14 individually configurable RGB-illuminated push buttons, four thumb encoders, two multifunctional 7-way joysticks and two 12-position rotary switches. Magnetic and noise-reduced double paddle shifters are joined by motorsport clutch paddles, while official SimHub integration enables the dashboard and animated, telemetry-supported lighting to be configured for compatible racing simulations. The platform-independent USB design makes the wheel suitable for PC sim racing setups, while the included Simucube Link Quick Release mounting adapter provides mechanical connection to Simucube 3 wheelbases.

Connect via USB

The platform-independent USB connection provides the wheel's power and data connection, allowing it to be used independently of a specific wheelbase ecosystem. When used with Simucube 3, the wheel mechanically attaches through the Simucube Link Quick Release, but power and data are still supplied through the coiled USB cable rather than wirelessly through the quick-release system.

Mount with the Simucube Link Quick Release

The supplied Simucube Link Quick Release mounting hardware provides a mechanical connection between the steering wheel and a Simucube 3 wheelbase. The wheel uses a standard 6 x 70mm bolt pattern, providing a secure mounting interface while the included mounting kit also contains the required screws, washers, tools and Simucube 3 QR mounting adapter.

A single shifter can be retrofitted to the steering wheel, providing additional configuration flexibility for drivers who want to alter the paddle arrangement. This allows the wheel to be adapted as driving requirements or personal preferences change.

Compatibility

The Ascher Racing x Simucube Ultimate USB is a platform-independent USB steering wheel for PC sim racing and is compatible with Simucube 3 when used with the supplied Link Quick Release. The wheel must remain connected through its coiled USB cable for power and data, as wireless power and data transfer through the Simucube 3 Link Quick Release is not supported. The 6 x 70mm mounting pattern also provides a standard physical mounting interface for suitable compatible quick-release hardware.
