Product Overview

Excellent Price-Performance Ratio

With two powerful, pressure-optimised BioniX P-fans and its updated, thermal-coated heatsink, the Freezer 34 eSports DUO offers a lot of performance for a fair price. In internal tests levelled to 28 dB(A), the Freezer 34 eSports DUO was able to surpass many competitors, even much bigger and more expensive double tower cooling solutions. More information about our performance test and the max.

Better Cooling - Better Performance

No thermal throttling on your CPU - even at high turbo clock speeds and overclocking, the Freezer 34 eSports DUO cools quietly, so you can reach the maximum FPS with minimal noise levels for the smoothest possible gaming experience.

Improved Heat Dissipation

Evenly spread direct-touch heat pipes and an optimised heat sink design with 54 cooling fins lead to ideal heat dissipation for the Freezer 34 eSports DUO.

Ideal Airflow

The two BioniX P-fans of the Freezer 34 eSports DUO work in push-pull-configuration The resulting increase of airflow ensures that more cold air is transported into the heatsink for cooling and the heat from the CPU is dissipated even faster from the heat sink. This ensures the best possible performance of the CPU.

Thermal Coating

A thermal coating creates micro-turbulences with a special surface structure. Combined with offset heat pipes this leads to an optimised heat-dissipation and to an increased cooling performance.

High Performance for High-End CPU

The contact surface of the Freezer 34 eSports DUO heat pipes does not cover the full heatspreader, but, more importantly, is right where the processor DIE is and covers even the largest versions (18 core) completely.

MX-4 Thermal Paste Included

The high-performance MX-4 thermal compound is included and ensures the best cooling results.

Easy Installation & Secure Hold

Fast and easy to install and extremely reliable, the Freezer 34 eSports DUO mounting system is compatible with Intel and AMD sockets. Thanks to a backplate and its low weight, the Freezer 34 eSports DUO is not only fool proof to install, but also absolutely transport safe.

Optimal RAM Compatibility

Thanks to its compact dimensions of only 124 x 157 x 103 mm, there are no restrictions when using RAM modules. Even RAM modules with larger heat sinks can be mounted without any issues and are not blocked by the CPU Cooler.

Intel Branding Part I
Intel Branding Part I
Date Issued: 1st Jul 2009

Intel’s been on a mission of late. That mission revolves around grouping and standardising key technologies under various banners that are designed to ensure hardware compatibility and consumer ease of use. We’ll take a closer look at three such technologies that fall under the headings of Centrino, Viiv, and vPro, respectively.

The modern PC is potentially a mass of heat output and heat production hot spots. With CPUs rated at more than 100W of heat output, single graphics boards carrying similar ratings (and people want to run two!), multiple hard drives the norm, lots of memory and mainboards covered in heatpipes to combat toasty core logic and PWM circuits, a PC appreciably warming up a room when it’s working hard is no joke.

Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo Grey, 2x 120mm Fan, Aluminium Fins, 4x Direct Touch Copper Heatpipes, Intel/AMD is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great fan.....but nightmare install!!!! Ok, where to start.. Saw the reviews of this fan and thought it would be perfect for my new Ryzen build. Watched all the install videos and all seemed straight forward. The fan arrived, opened the fittings box up and noticed straight away that the mounting brackets were not the same shape as the instructions or install video. I thought I`d try a dry run of installing the standoffs into the backplate...... they were a different thread!!!! Took me a while to work out that i needed to use my old AM4 backplate.... so that problem was solved! Next, when you screw the standoffs through the motherboard and into the backplate, the backplate remains loose! It wasn`t until i worked out that only when you put the thumbscrews on to secure the cooler, it tightens the backplate.... so be warned! The new shape brackets worked perfectly, so no worries there. The fan has lowered the idle temp from high 40`s to low 30`s.... so more than happy with that. So to sum up, great performing fan BUT very confusing install guides for some people.... me

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic price-to-performance Well. It cools really effectively, it's quiet despite the two fans & the RPM they can achieve, it looks great, and it's dead easy to install. With my Ryzen 2700x running not only pretty hot, but loud with the stock cooler under load, the difference in temperature & sound with this cooler is night & day by comparison. There's nothing to not like, and the fact it all comes at such a modest price compared to other coolers on the market is pretty astonishing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Utter Crap What a shame, tried all the mounting standoffs and not one of them fits or tightens properly...Clearly hasn't been quality tested
