Rated 2 out of 5 by from I might have a duff one I was very pleased when I initially installed the cooler and it worked with no issues for about a month. Now when I boot there is a BIOS error message saying CPU fan error press F1 to continue. If I continue I can see from SpeedFan that the fan is reported to be spinning but the CPU will be at about 52 C. It sometimes reaches 62 C. When I initially fitted the fan the temperatures were much lower than this. I'm not sure if it has failed or developed a fault. Perhaps I was unlucky with this unit and another might work better for longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A better and quiet alternative to a stock cooler After making a Frankenstein build of spare parts I had lying around I was a bit hesitant to use a stock cooler on the FM2 socket motherboard I was using. Hence this purchase. When I got the cooler I was happy with the packaging and the ease of use to install it, I did clean off the pre applied thermal paste and put my own on (I have always done this) I must admit, the fan is near silent when in the case and it seems to handle temps much better than a stock cooler would have. Overall, it is a cheap after market cooler that lives upto its description and is better solution than the stock alternative. I would recommend this if you want a quiet aftermarket cooler but are on a budget.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Cooler but a bit noisy Good cooler and it does exactly what it supposed to but it is a bit on the noisy side which isnt ideal if you are looking for silence, Good temperatures though and a decent product for how cheap it was

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to fit One of the easiest to fit coolers I've ever seen, the clips just push on, no problem at all. It's also quieter than the stock cooler, a worthwhile basic swapout.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect budget solution This was the easiest to fit cooler I have ever used. Can not fault it. The CPU it now cools runs a bit toasty at idle about 52C but never goes over 62C under load. This is fault of the nasty hot AMD Athlon 64 X2 that sits below it and not the cooler.
