After making a Frankenstein build of spare parts I had lying around I was a bit hesitant to use a stock cooler on the FM2 socket motherboard I was using.
Hence this purchase.
When I got the cooler I was happy with the packaging and the ease of use to install it, I did clean off the pre applied thermal paste and put my own on (I have always done this)
I must admit, the fan is near silent when in the case and it seems to handle temps much better than a stock cooler would have.
Overall, it is a cheap after market cooler that lives upto its description and is better solution than the stock alternative.
I would recommend this if you want a quiet aftermarket cooler but are on a budget.

Good cooler and it does exactly what it supposed to but it is a bit on the noisy side which isnt ideal if you are looking for silence, Good temperatures though and a decent product for how cheap it was

One of the easiest to fit coolers I've ever seen, the clips just push on, no problem at all.
It's also quieter than the stock cooler, a worthwhile basic swapout.

This was the easiest to fit cooler I have ever used.
Can not fault it.
The CPU it now cools runs a bit toasty at idle about 52C but never goes over 62C under load. This is fault of the nasty hot AMD Athlon 64 X2 that sits below it and not the cooler.
