Flexible Connectivity - 18 × 26 Total I/OBuilt-in are 4 low-noise high-gain discrete ultra-linear preamps, high-spec AD/DA converters for artefact-free recording and signature clocking technology for increased width, separation and detail in your performances, giving you a seamless and professional recording path. The Zen Tour Synergy Core guarantees studio quality audio reproduction using a dedicated monitoring converter for vital listening with a wider soundstage. The combination of Antelope clocking and DA monitoring converters with 130dB headroom, makes mixing and even mastering in your home studio possible.

Zen Tour Synergy Core features a choice of 4 instrument/line ins, 4 combo mic/line ins with 65dB of gain, 8-line outs, 1 stereo monitor out, 2 stereo headphone outs and 2 reamp outs. It is also digitally expandable over ADAT & S/PDIF for additional 10 digital ins and 10 outs when used at up to 48kHz. All line outs are DC-coupled and ready for control voltage (CV) applications like control of modular synthesizers. Additionally, a built-in talkback microphone lets you easily communicate with the recording artist.

A New Age Of Home RecordingThe Edge Solo is compatible with any preamp with 48V phantom power and is great for users that needa single microphone to record a range of sources. It performs with any type of audio – from vocals, guitars and drum overheads to speech applications, including voice over, dubbing, and audio books. The microphone emulations are available in VST, AU and AAX plugin formats for all popular DAWs under both macOS and Windows, regardless of the audio interface being used. An iLok 2 or 3 USB dongle is needed.

RECORDING & MIXING made easyDesigned for efficiency and versatility, the Edge solo features a modeling engine that saves studio-time whilsy keeping the creative dynamic in fast-paced recording sessions. It allows you to change your choice of microphone in real-time with a click of a button, without ever having to disturb the recording process, or record clean and try out different models in the mixing phase.

Although the Edge Solo works with any preamp, pairing it with the Discrete preamps of our Synergy Core interfaces unlocks the full potential of the real-time microphone emulations. When processed using the onboard Synergy Core platform, you can track with the emulations while enjoying imperceptible latency and zero CPU load.

Advanched MODELING ENGINEThe Modeling Engine is what makes the Edge Solo such a unique recording tool – a futuristic technology that brings a selection of timeless classics to your studio. To develop it, Antelope worked with several revered European facilities, making rigorous measurements and testing multiple exquisitely preserved vintage microphones, along with modern high-end classics. The accuracy of these mic emulations keeps the frequency response and color of the originals.
