High-performance small diaphragm condenser microphoneThe AKG C1000 S multipurpose small-diaphragm condenser microphone is well known for its versatility. Suitable for recording and live-sound applications along with ENG/EFP and video productions. It features a gold sputtered capsule housing that makes the microphone extremely resistant against humidity.
If no phantom power is available, the C1000 S can be powered by two standard AA batteries for up to 120 hours. More versatile than ever, the C1000 S MK4 features a bass-cut switch and a switchable -10 dB pad. The polar pattern can quickly and easily be switched from cardioid to hyper-cardioid whilst there are three different frequency settings available to add more clarity to speech and instrument sounds.
