Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for my needs. After having 10+ years off from serious PC useage and gaming. Back in the era of spinny drives this M.2 is seriously fast and capable. Although if you are planning on having a fairly sizeable game libary. I would seriously considder using this for and OS and the game you want and having a much more sizeable SSD for a games libary. Turns out games now are HUGE.

See the following document for using this as a system drive: https://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/uk/en/support/articles/000027198/memory-and-storage.html Intel suggest that Win10 has drivers in-built, and the client drivers only need to be installed after Windows, once the BIOS settings are correct. This was not my experience. It had nothing to do with the BIOS. The client drivers needed be copied to the install media and loaded when prompted before Windows would see and install to the 660. After that the drive worked as expected.

They were also fantastic in sending instructions on how to install and setup. It's more than doubled boot-up speed and opening applications. All-in-all a great product and superb customer service yet again from Scan. Recommend.

Why is there only 3 pins on right of this chip?

Most m.2 either class in m, b, or m+b. My motherboard only supports m type. However this chip doesnt look to be m, b or b+m type. This is confusing. My question is, will the asus rog strix b360-f support this chip?

Mt motherboard supports M.2 (NGFF) SSD - M key type 2280

I can't find out if this SSD is an M key connection - not specified on your website or Intel's website. Can you tell me if this SSD wil fit the M key socket on my motherboard? ps please dont say it should be OK - just a yes or no answer please

Hi, already have a SSD as OS Boot and wanted to use the M.2 to add some fast scratch disk for video processing. Wonder if this is compatible/fit. BIOS is 1004. Thx
