By drawing power directly from the PSU rather than motherboard headers, this cable significantly increases available current, supporting up to 8.5A for both D-RGB lighting and fans or pumps, making it ideal for demanding custom loop builds. Safety & Handling – Important Information
Please note: the 6-pin power connector must be manually assembled according to your PSU’s pinout and connects directly to the modular power supply. For accurate TACHO readings, this cable must be used in conjunction with the EK-Loop OmniLink Pump PWM Signal Splitter, as monitoring is only available through the PWM2 signal. Additionally, when EK-Loop FPT fans are used at the start of the OmniLink chain, maximum current is limited to 4.5A due to cable wire gauge.
