34" ASUS PG348Q NVIDIA G-Sync, 100Hz Curved IPS Panel, 3440x1440, 5ms, 1,000:1, DP v1.2/HDMI/USB 3.0, Tilt/Height/Swivel is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 34.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent. — the second time The screen originally delivered was defective. However, Scan technical service turned around a replacement within four working days of my dispatching the faulty item. When working, this screen is difficult to fault. Recommended

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Epic, game changer for games! Love this, it was a massive outlay but I have no regrets, I was between this and 4k, read lots of reviews and went for this in the end, so glad I did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic, if you can overlook the price.... I purchased this after jumping from 2560x1440p 144hz monitor as I wanted something more immersive. I definitely found it here, this monitor takes the Kitchen sink approach and it is absolutely fantastic, games in ultrawide are absolutely outstanding. Even games that do not work well can be toyed with to end up working. G sync/100hz/IPS Colour/Tilt and swivel movement, there is nothing missing. I would say the main downside to this monitor has to be the price, Don't get me wrong I love it, but it's VERY strong. I've never once felt it wasn't worth it, it's just a shame when it realistically could still sell at a slightly lower price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great monitor but.............. received my monitor which looks good until i powered it up, there was a line going from top to bottom in the middle of the screen. this is noticeable without connected to my pc and just powered on so its not driver, cable or anything related like that. I then connected it to my PC so i could get a screen capture. Hopefully this will get sorted pretty quick, plus due to a bad back im not sure how im going to get this sent, i hope scan will arrange a pick up for me. Im gutted as this monitor is not cheap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding This is a total treat. So to be fair treats can be expensive. Eventually wider and 4K wide and more will come. But today, right now, this is the best gaming monitor out there. The width for gaming is astounding. For movies and media just so good. This monitor will serve you a long long time until you finally want an Ultrawide OLED 8K display!!! Until then ..... Enjoy this every minute.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Immersion without VR As suggested by the title, my view on this monitor is that it is the best way currently possible to become fully immersed in a game outside of virtual reality. This is of course driven by the 21:9 aspect ratio, but also by the high refresh rate and G-sync: + UWQHD is a must for the fully immersive experience. + I cannot live without G-sync now. + >60Hz is arguaby the "now" of gaming, let alone the future, and something you would miss once you've experienced it. + Build quality is excellent. + The design is just beautiful. I can't help the smile creep across my face when I walk into the room to see it every day. - It is poor value for money. It is worth ~£700 IMO, so you're burning £300 on this simply being branded as the best gaming monitor out there. It certaintly doesn't cost even close to £1k to produce. - 100Hz cap is low relative to other gaming monitors out there, with some going as high as 265Hz. - Some games are buggy in ultrawide resolutions. Not enough to prevent you from playing the game, but enough to irritate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great monitor or gaming I have recently finished completely upgrading my setup to something more modern after 5 years of neglect and no real upgrades. This monitor was the last piece of the puzzle in completing my new setup and boy did it deliver. First off I have to say that Scan.co.uk customer service was fantastic throughout, they dealt with my many requests promptly and kept me in the loop as to when this monitor would be available and subsequently delivered to me. When it arrive it was sufficiently packaged, the box is rather large but then this monitor is big so that was to be expected. Unboxing and setting up was easy and within 10-15 minutes was up and running in Ultrawide 3440x1440 glory. My GTX 1080 immediately recognised that this was a GSYNC monitor and it was ready to go. Using the OSD to configure settings and overclock the panel to 100hz is easy and requires a quick reboot. My final thoughts are that this is an excellent piece of kit, the look and feel of it and the picture quality if of a real high quality. You will need a really good setup to support the extra pixels but it is slightly less demanding that 4K (which is good) and my opinion better because the additional pixels left and right give you more to see. The only issues I have are that it does have slight light bleed in the corners but it is not off putting and that the price is very steep but that I guess it to be expected.
